Modus Debuts Early Insight: its latest eDiscovery Service

Modus, an eDiscovery services provider, recently introduced its latest eDiscovery service, Early Insight. According to the company, this service allows companies and law firms to predict cost associated with and the ways to control them.
eDiscovery is the term given to discovery in civil litigation that pertains to the exchange of data in electronic format. Many tools are available in the market to perform a digital forensics analysis to recover evidence.
There are various processes and numerous people involved in eDiscovery, making it more likely to incur problems with confusing terminology.
Modus Early Insight data awareness allows companies to predict the costs of litigation accurately, which in turn helps them to allocate proper budgets to the litigation purpose. It also reportely reduces eDiscovery costs and time.

Early Insight enables users to receive important information about their cases in the initial stages of eDiscovery process. Modus’ Early Insight Technology makes use of the features available in data analytics in the eDiscovery process at the time of reviewing documents, the company stated.
